There's So Much To Remember!

People used to stay in their homes for 5-7 years before moving-up to a larger house. In this decade, people were moving after fewer years in their home. But even that frequency doesn’t make them experts in selling their homes, and purchasing another.  There’s so much to know and remember: picking the right agent, marketing your home, all of the required disclosures, and negotiating the sale, to name a few things. The following link discusses what’s important to know to be successful.

Good Home Inspectors Are Your Best Friend When Selling Your Home

When you’re getting ready to sell your home, there are some inital steps before you put it on the market.  One is hiring a good real estate agent.  They can recommend good home inspectors who will help you discover issues that could possibly sink the deal if not dealt with ahead of time.  Why not go into the sale of your home knowing everything you can – good and bad – before you put it on the market?  It will save you money in the long run, and you are in a stronger negotiating position.  Here is an article on …”the 5 most preventable problems…”.
