I took my first real estate class in 1967 but was redirected by a draft notice from the US Army. I chose to join the Air Force so that I would have a GI Bill when I got out to finish my training. After getting out of the service, I finished my college and I enjoyed spending 30 years in my dream job as a California Fish and Game Warden. In 2001 I got back to my real estate education and finally hung my license with Coldwell Banker in Elk Grove in 2002.
It was exciting to be helping first-time homebuyers, and seniors downsizing into a right-sized home for them. I have also worked with people who don’t want to sell, divorcing couples. It is often much more challenging when working with people who are at odds with each other, but being very patient and understanding what they are going through helps all of us get through it so that they can turn the page and get off to a new life.
This Blog is to provide you with current, interesting and practical information. It is a great way to share my expertise and my love for real estate with you.
I really enjoy helping others and sharing the knowledge I have picked up over the years.
The meaning of life is to find your gift, the purpose of life is to give it away.
