Transition from Real Estate Agent to Referral Agent

Over the past 22 1/2 years I have fully enjoyed being a Realtor with Coldwell Banker. Even when the market was up or when it was down, I always enjoyed helping people find their first home or to sell their home to move into a new home.

I have decided to transition from the day-to-day duties of being an agent to being a referral agent.

What does that mean to my past clients and potential new clients?

It means that I still welcome your phone calls and am still happy to answer your questions, but when you decide to buy or sell a home, I will refer you to one of my great friends who will help you buy or sell a home.

I have worked with the agents that will slowly be takng over my business and taking care of my clients. I trust them to take care of my friends and clients.

So, thank you to my hundreds of friends and clients for trusting me to help you buy or sell a home, or in some cases, 4 or 5 homes over the course of 20+ years. Just know that you will be in great hands for your future real estate transactions when you are working with my fellow Realtors.
